Neuro-Affirming &
LGBTIQIA+ Inclusive Care
A space where you can be yourself
Neuro-affirming, inclusive and respectful therapy, recognising that everyone experiences and engages with the world differently. Therapy is a space where you can feel understood, accepted and supported without needing to change who you are.
A neuro-affirming approach recognises and values neurodiversity, including autistic and ADHD experiences. Together, we can explore areas such as sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, anxiety, burnout, relationships, communication, masking, self-esteem and navigating everyday life in ways that work for you.
I welcome people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions and provide affirming support around identity, relationships, coming out, gender exploration, belonging, discrimination, minority stress and other life challenges.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and individualised, taking into account your unique needs, strengths, values and way of communicating.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
